How do I pay for the subscription?
Payments are made periodically through your mobile carrier account or bill.
How many games or apps can I download?
As long as your subscription is active, you can download and play as many games or apps as you like — no limits.
How many games or apps can I store on my smartphone?
On average, each game or app is around 40 MB. If you have 2 GB of free space on your smartphone, you can store approximately 50 applications.
Why can’t I download a game or app?
If you encounter issues while downloading, please check the following:
1. **Storage space** — make sure you have enough free space on your device.
2. **Internet connection** — a poor connection may prevent the download from completing.
3. **Installation permissions** — go to your smartphone’s settings and ensure that “Install from Unknown Sources” is enabled (under “Security” or “Applications,” depending on your device). Once enabled, try again.
Can I still use downloaded games or apps after cancelling my subscription?
Games and apps are tied to your active subscription. Once you cancel, access to downloaded titles will no longer be available.
