General Terms and Conditions – Gamerhub Service

By using Gamerhub services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

By using our website, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Customers can also activate the Gamerhub service by visiting the following URL: https://gamerhubgh.com/
2. Customers who wish to activate the service through the above URL should have an active data pack from Telecel and sufficient airtime balance to subscribe to the service.
3. This service subscription costs are: 1 GHS daily.
4. Customers who wish to deactivate the service can do so by dialing *463#.
5. All alerts will be provided only in English text.
6. Customers who activate the service will be charged a subscription fee of 1 GHS daily, as communicated at the time of service activation. Users agree to pay the subscription fee to access the service.
7. The subscription fee will renew automatically until the user deactivates the service, and 1 GHS daily will be charged upon each renewal.
8. It is the sole responsibility of the user to read SMS alerts promptly. The mobile network or the service provider will not be responsible if the user fails to do so, and no refund will be issued for service charges in such cases.
9. Users can deactivate the service at any time by sending the deactivation SMS as described above or by contacting the mobile network provider’s customer service via email: info@gamerhubgh.com.
10. The user can also deactivate the service by visiting the “My Account” section of the website.
11. To deactivate the service from the website, the customer should visit the “My Account” section, select the “Deactivate” option, and confirm. Upon successful deactivation, the customer will receive a confirmation SMS.
12. The user can also deactivate the service by dialing *463# from their phone and following the on-screen instructions.
13. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, users are also bound by the network provider’s terms, as well as the terms set forth by Gamerhub for the activated services.
14. Users agree to indemnify the mobile network provider against any technical errors that may occur while accessing the service.
15. The network provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at its discretion.

Gamerhub is operated by US Cellcom, a subscription-based entertainment service in Ghana. Accessing this service implies agreement with our Terms and this Privacy Policy. The service is available to users aged 18 and above, or with bill payer permission. Network charges may apply.

Service Description

Gamerhub offers unlimited access to digital content including games, apps, articles, and more. The service is accessible 24/7 via web and mobile (WAP/USSD), subject to network availability. WAP access may be subject to additional GPRS costs imposed by your network operator. Subscription cost is 1 GHS daily.

Subscription and Communication

By subscribing, your mobile number is added to our communications list. We may send you service updates or account notices via SMS. You can unsubscribe at any time by visiting our unsubscribe page: www.gamerhubgh.com or by contacting us via email: info@gamerhubgh.com.

Privacy & Data Protection
